For years, I thought my job was to make beautiful videos and take great photos. Over time, I realized that wasn't what people were hiring me for. They weren't looking for another camera guy, they were looking for someone who could see what made their story matter.
That's what I love.
Whether I'm filming a small business owner who's poured everything into their company, a couple on their wedding day, a senior stepping into the next chapter of life, or a family simply wanting to freeze time for a moment, my goal is always the same: create something that feels real.
The best stories aren't manufactured. They're already there. My job is to uncover them.
As a husband, father of three, teacher, and storyteller, I've learned that life's most meaningful moments rarely happen in perfect lighting or perfectly planned situations. They happen in the in-between—the laughs, the struggles, the quiet victories, and the conversations people almost overlook.
Those are the moments I chase.
I don't believe in creating content just to fill a social media feed. I believe in creating films and photographs that people come back to years from now and remember exactly how they felt.
Because trends fade.
Algorithms change.
But a great story only becomes more valuable with time.
